Almost 90% of female students had to remove their inners and keep them in a storeroom. C | 对于情况更为复杂的孩子，团队始终秉持“不放弃、不抛弃”的信念——“哪怕每次只改变一点点，我们也要坚持做下去。”正是这份坚守，让原本封闭的心灵慢慢打开缝隙，让微光一点点照进来。“福泽潇湘”赋能，守护困境儿童心灵“福泽潇湘爱润童心”项目打破了单一物质帮扶的传统模式，建立起“筛查—干预—追踪”全链条心理赋能机制。从健康筛查测评到主题活动浸润，从动态成长建档到骨干队伍培养，项目正扎实推动福利院心理健康服务走向常态化、规范化。目前，项目已进入服务优化阶段。团队将依据中期评估结果，进一步优化个别化干预方案，加强专兼职心理人员培训，持续为儿童和职工提供专业心理支持。预期项目通过一年系统服务，可以显著缓解儿童自卑、焦虑等问题，提升其情绪管理与人际交往能力，同时降低职工职业倦怠，为娄底市社会福利院构筑起一道温暖而坚实的心理健康防线。游园会虽然落幕，但爱与守护从未停歇。
